"Un jour Nur Ali Borumand a joué un reng assez original en Homâyun pour
démontrer à deux auditeurs qu'il était le seul à dépositaire de nombreuses pièces anciennes. Je ne me suis souvenu que du commencement de ce reng, mais plus tard j'ai arrangé un développement qui est proposé ici. (Santur par A. Mohâfez.)"

"One day Nur Ali Borumand played an original Homāyun reng just to show two listeners that he was the sole custodian of many ancient tunes. I could only memorize the beginning of this reng, but later I arranged a development that is proposed here. (Santur by Ā. Mohāfez.)"
