- Le zerbâdî est une danse accompagnée par du chant de 2 ou 3 hommes, une flûte oblique madrûf, un gros tambour cyclindrique hâjir et 2 ou 3 petits tambours cylindriques mirwâs. La danse se caractérise par un léger ralentissement à la fin du couplet et du refrain instrumental joué par les musiciens. Le I'râd est un cortège nuptial, équivalent de zaffa dans la région de Sanaa.
