Ce maqâm fait partie des sarband haqqani des régions turcophones. Il est exécuté par le récitant du kalâm avec le temire au sein du jamkhane, accompagné par le chant choral et les battements de mains des participants. Ce maqâm est interprété d’après l’exécution de Khan Mirza Fetri.
سلطان اول آخر گلدی:
این مقام از سربندهای حقانی مناطق ترک زبان میباشد که کلام خوان با تەمیره در جم خانە مینوازد و میخواند و با کرخوانی و با کف زدن جمنشین همراە است. این مقام بە استناد اجرای خان میرزا فطری نواخته و خوانده شدە است.
