- «Cette chanson est habituellement chantée lors d'occasions cérémonielles ou de festivals. Commençant l'histoire de l'origine de toutes les choses du monde, l'homme qui dirige la chanson dit:
"Long long ago Sedi was our first mother and it is she who started making all things for us. The entire world got life through her. This very ground of the village where we are living was previously without any green colour. Then Sedi brought green colour from very high mountains and gave it to our earth and thus all tree leaves etc. have become green now."
Traduction :
"Il y a très longtemps, Sedi a été notre première mère et c'est elle qui a commencé à tout faire pour nous, le monde entier a vécu à travers elle, ce sol du village où nous vivons était auparavant sans couleur verte. la couleur de très hautes montagnes et l'a donnée à notre terre et ainsi toutes les feuilles d'arbre etc. sont devenues vertes maintenant.
