Ce maqâm fait partie des maqâms vocaux haqqani sans rythme. Il est exécuté par le récitant du kalâm avec le temire au sein du jamkhane. Le maqâm Qalandar est l’un des maqâms courants dans les régions turcophones des Yarsan. Ce maqâm est interprété d’après l’exécution de Darvish Roshan Chel Amiran.

ااز جمله مقام های آوازی بدون ریتم و حقانی میباشد که کلام خوان با تەمیره در جم خانە مینوازد.مقام قلندر از جمله مقام هایی ست که در مناطق ترک زبان یارسان مرسوم است . این مقام بە استناد اجرای درویش روشن چل امیران نواخته و خوانده شدە است.
