Les accompagnements sont joués par des gens de Curiepe, Miranda. The "decima" is a highly elaborated poetical form which was cultivated in Spain during the 17th century, but is now archaic there, surviving.as folklore in many parts of Hispanic America, from the southwest of the United States to Argentina.
